I am unhappy with the product. Can I exchange it?

If you are unhappy with a shade or item you purchased and wish to exchange it, you may do so. You can simply return the item, and we will ship out a new shade or variation for FREE!

Please read important guidelines/restrictions below prior to mailing your item(s):

- Shade or color exchanges must be on the same product.

- Exchanges on different products are allowed if the prices are exact.

- If your exchange involves different prices, a refund will be processed.

To start your exchange, please visit our website to download the Return & Exchange Form. This form must be filled out and included in your return package.
