How do I cancel my order?

 If you need to cancel your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. Our team is available by phone Monday - Friday, 9am-7pm ET. If the order is placed outside our office hours, please give us a call or fill out the form in our Help Center.

Please note that once an order is placed, there is a small timeframe in which we can fully cancel the order. However, we cannot remove specific items from a large order or adjust the shade of items.
