If you are unhappy with a product, we can refund you the price paid for the eligible items and the sales tax to your original method of payment. We do not refund shipping charges. Please read important guidelines/restrictions below prior to mailing your item(s):
- You are welcome to return collections, as long as the entire collection is returned. Individual items from a collection are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
- Starter Sets or individual contents from the set cannot be returned or exchanged as per our Beauty Guide Agreement Policy.
- Wholesale Orders please refer to our Policies and Procedures for restrictions.
- Subscription services and products including AmazeBox subscriptions are non-refundable.
To start your return, please visit our website to download the Return & Exchange Form. This form must be filled out and included in your return package.
