If your Amazebox order status is Canceled - there might be an issue with the card used for billing. Please first, check the card and if necessary, contact your bank to determine the reason the card did not process.
Next steps if your Amazebox order was canceled: Update the card information saved on file for your Amazebox by editing your card details on your primary payment method.
You may then Re-subscribe to the AmazeBox as long as it is the 5th to the 25th of the month.
**Please note if this is an Amazebox from a previous month we will not be able to charge your payment for the order.
For example, if your June box payment was declined and the order was canceled, we cannot process the request in July.
