- Sign in and go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS and click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.
- Next, select the subscription you would like to make changes to by clicking the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button.
- Scroll down and click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, select the reason you want to cancel, and confirm.
- This will cancel all future shipments of the subscription.
- Please note that this will only cancel future subscriptions but will not cancel any orders that have already been processed.
